The Bengaluru Roadmap and Action Plan is the outcome document of the 3rd Global Summit on Diamond Open Access, has been published.
It was developed through a collective process led by an International Oversight Committee, it reflects the deliberations of 347 participants from 36 countries and sets out a shared global framework for transitioning scholarly communication toward a model that is free for authors and readers, community-governed, and grounded in the principle that scientific knowledge is a public good.
