The OA Journals Toolkit provides guidance for new and established open access journals to navigate the rapidly changing scholarly publishing landscape.

  • Main purpose: provides guidance and tools to set up, run, and grow an Open Access journal.

  • Who is it for? The Toolkit has been designed to support a range of users–including publishers, editors, journal managers, authors, technical providers, reviewers, researchers, and librarians–with the tools needed to support a range of regional initiatives and publishing efforts.
