It’s happening: the first Diamond OA Festival is coming, 23-25 February 2027!!
Hello everyone, it’s International Open Access Week, so the timing feels just right to share some exciting news.The first online Diamond Open Access Festival, organised by the AEGIS-OA consortium, will take place in February 2027, and you’re all invited!
Over three days, we’ll bring together publishers, libraries, researchers, service providers, National Capacity Centres and anyone curious about Diamond OA. Expect lively exchanges, networking, hands-on demos and plenty of chances to collaborate.
You’ll hear from Diamond OA communities, discover useful services and tools, swap experiences and, hopefully, leave with new connections and fresh ideas for building a more equitable, community-led and sustainable scholarly publishing system.
