The ALMASI project invites members of the Diamond Open Access community to review their report analysing scholarly publishing evaluation systems that influence Diamond OA journals, and share their feedback.
Consultation period: 3 August – 4 September 2026
Following the consultation period, the project team will review the comments received and incorporate relevant feedback into the next stage of the report.
The consultation is particularly seeking input on the following questions:
- Are there any international, regional, or national evaluation frameworks that should be included in the report?
- Do the clusters used to organise national-level evaluation systems accurately reflect the policy landscape in the relevant countries/regions? If not, how could they be revised?
- Do you agree with the general trends and patterns identified in the analysis? Are there any findings that should be reconsidered or explored further?
- Are there any factual inaccuracies, omissions, or contextual considerations that should be addressed?
