Yes, indeed! The ToolSuite is packed with resources that can make a huge difference when navigating the transition to Diamond Open Access. It can feel overwhelming at first, but here’s a (first) pathway to get started:

**Start with the “why”** – Use the _Talking points_ to make the case for **funding Diamond Open Access** :

> **[Talking points: Making the case to fund Diamond Open Access](https://zenodo.org/records/14727743)**
>
> This is a list of arguments for all those who have an interest in sustaining Diamond Open Access publishing, be they managers, institutional publishers or service providers, Open Access advocates or funders, sponsors, or donors.

**Build your case** – A six-step guide to define your business case:

> **[How to define your Diamond Open Access business case: a six-step guide](https://zenodo.org/records/14898558)**
>
> Guidance on how to make the case for supporting your Diamond OA publication, project, service or infrastructure.

**Structure your strategy** – Use the nonprofit business model canvas to map your plan:

> **[Nonprofit Business Model Canvas](https://zenodo.org/records/14621236)**
>
> This guide explains the use of the Nonprofit Business Model Canvas as a strategic management tool and provides a planning template. It is accompanied with a printable planning template and an interactive whiteboard.

**Analyse your costs** – Optimise your expenses:

> **[Optimise your expenses: Guide for Diamond Open Access publishers](https://zenodo.org/records/14621767)**
>
> This guide is designed to help Diamond Open Access publishers manage their expenses and save resources. It walks them through the typical costs involved in running a Diamond OA publishing project, with questions that encourage them to think about...

**Check your sustainability** – Use the Diamond OA Sustainability check:

> **[SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL](https://selfassessment.edch.eu)**

This can be a good starting point, but what do you think? Does this pathway work for you? How have you been using these resources, and what would you recommend for others starting out?

Who has used the resources?

Have you implemented something new as a direct result of one of the resources?

Or are you planning to do so?

Maybe you still taking in the information & are more at the planning stage.

I’d love to hear how these resources are being used IRL!
